The staff was helpful. Breakfast was GOOD!!!
I encountered issues. My room was small. The bed was practically next to the toilet. The sink was IN the room, and the shower was about 1 meter from the bed. I have NEVER seen such a tiny room.

I liked i got a legacy double beautiful room. the room was very clean and bright. the breakfast buffet had many options and was very tasty. the staff were friendly and helpful. Lavinia was specially great and very caring.
the room was very small, and i had to squeeze between the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom. it was a challenge to get dressed inside the room.

friendly staff efficient service double room
i found the staff very friendly. yuri at the front desk was helpful. lavinia in the restaurant provided efficient service and tasty food. the location is also convenient. the hotel maintained cleanliness, and i stayed in a double executive room.
the room felt quite small. the bed nearly touched the desk and chair. there was no privacy because i could hear sounds from other rooms. this was a bit disappointing. i found the experience less than ideal.

the location was ideal for getting around, close to transport links.
My room was really small. It felt quite cramped. there wasn't much space for my luggage, i really felt squeezed. i expected more room for the price i paid.

decent stay overall
attentive service included breakfast safe location usb port
i appreciated the very attentive service i received. the included breakfast was also a nice feature. i was also able to easily access hyde park.
the safe was oddly placed very close to the floor. accessing it required lying down. the hotel did not provide usb ports in the room, inconvenient.
